In this yoga style the movements are smooth, breath and movements go together in a flow and the practice seems like dance! Simple joints opening Sunsulation A and B, postures are practiced based on down ward facing dog. This style is good for those who want to keep the body moving in Yoga class and it is has lot benefit in physical and mental aspect.
