Power Yoga

It is a Yoga style especially for those who are already experience in Yoga and strong to move their body as a physical training, warming sweating and relaxing. In power Yoga at Charak we focus on Strength, power,balancing and Flexibility. Physical movements and breath go in a fast pace and we hold the postures for 5 Ujjie (breath with snake sound) breath. Class starts from tabletop position and ends in Savasana. In-between sunsulation A and B 5/5 round, worriers postures are done based on sunsulation flow, Balancing, sitting and lye down postures.
