Hatha Yoga

It is the yoga practice, which is based on the focus of physical movements with either willful or forceful way of practice aiming to balance the sun and moon energy following in the body. All the Yoga styles taught at Charak Yoga are the form of Hatha Yoga(A yoga of Physical Postures) and after getting success in Hatha Yoga we help students to go further in Raja Yoga(A yoga for internal journey) and then after Raja Yoga students are guided for Kriya Yoga.
