Dynamic Hatha Yoga

This is one of a famous Hatha yoga styles in which class starts with dynamic movements of body. All the movements go with breath and breath flows with bodily movements. After certain dynamic warm-up movements class is tuned into spinal Postures with dynamic movements and holding the main posture for 5 to 7 count or breath to feel the posture and breath. Sunsulation A and B are repeated 5/5 times, warrior postures, lying down and sitting postures are practiced in a continuous practice.
